GENERAL

✧Do not send payment my way until I accept the commission.✧ Changes will only be allowed DURING THE SKETCH AND LINE ART.✧ Line art and onward will not be changed easily, if you wish for any changes beyond the Lineart stage, then that would require additional payment. So please make sure you look at the drawing properly and state exactly what you want to be changed.✧ You cannot claim my art or designs as your own. Please be sure to credit me when posting it on other sites. ( @Laisdraws/ @lais.draws)✧I have the right to use your commission as a visual example for future commissions and catalogue.✧The time for your commission to be completed will depend on how complicated the piece will end up being. It could take anywhere between a week to a month-- please be patient. If it’s been a while (e.g. over a week or so) and you just want to make sure I’m still working on it, it’s fine to DM me and ask how the process is going, but I will not appreciate it if you ask me every day if I’m working on it.✧ You are not allowed to use my art for AI training / other AI-related purposes.

Payment

✧As a Spain-based freelancer, EU clients must pay 21% VAT.
Non-EU clients are exempt from VAT.✧The payment is made through PayPal invoice. Prices are in EURO.✧The price includes the 4% Paypal fee✧ For commissions over 170€, a 50% upfront payment is required before work begins, with the remaining 50% due upon completion of the artwork.
This policy helps protect both the artist and the client from potential scams.✧ Once the piece is finished, I will send you a watermarked preview over DM to show you that the piece has been finished. I will not send you the full image until the remaining 50% has been paid in full.✧ Twitter / Tumblr / Discord compression isn’t always great, so I will require an email of your choice so I can take the file, compress it into a .zip folder, and email the high res version of the image to you. This, of course, will also only be done when the commission has been paid in full.✧ Also, keep in mind that it is your responsibility to save the commission within a week of receiving the final commission files. In case you’re unable to do so, please let me know as soon as possible. I do not keep files in my drive for a long time, so any lost files that weren’t saved within 1-2 weeks are the responsibility of the customer and therefore won’t be refunded.✧ No refunds, unless I am suddenly unable to continue your order. I will provide a full refund.
